- 4.2.1. part 1 of orders Successive deliveries of bulk eco-pea coal 1) The subject of the order includes successive deliveries of bulk eco-pea coal in the 2025/2026 heating season to the following organizational units of the Kamionka commune: Municipal Office in Kamionka, ul. Lubartowska 1, 21-132 Kamionka, School Complex in Kamionka, street Lubartowska 53, 21-132 Kamionka.2) Delivery consists in the successive sale, transport and unloading of hard coal and eco-pea coal in bulk to individual units. The ordering party sets the order quantity for the 2025/2026 heating season at approximately 210 tons, including for: the Municipal Office in Kamionka, 80 tons, School Complex in Kamionka 130 tons.3) Eco-pea coal assortment should meet the minimum fuel quality requirements relating to the main elements constituting the subject of the order, specified on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of December 23, 2022 on quality requirements for solid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2856): calorific value not less than 26 MJ/kg, ash content max. 12%, total sulfur content max. 1.20%, sintering capacity max. 25.00 RI, grain size 5 31,5...
