Brief description of the subject of the order: Procedure for awarding an order for successive deliveries of light fuel oil for the Social Welfare Home in Srebrna Gra for the 2023/2024 heating season, a) Estimated quantity - approx. 62,000 liters, b) Deliveries will be made successively, in accordance with current needs and from the zoom order by the Ordering Party., c) The order will be processed within 3 days of placing the order, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., d) The subject of the order is light fuel oil or equivalent in accordance with PN-C96024, provided that ) In order to confirm the proper quality of light fuel oil, ConductWith each subsequent delivery, the buyer is obliged to attach a quality certificate or an appropriate laboratory certificate showing the parameters of the delivered light fuel oil. The contractor must indicate in the offer the name of the manufacturer of the offered fuel oil. f) The Ordering Party reserves the right and within the periodthat the implementation of the contract may not use the full amount of demand specified in the SWZ., g) This amount will depend on weather conditions and the demand for hot water, h) Failure to meet the estimated amount cannot be the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor...
