- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of fuel oil in the amount of 34,000 liters to tanks located at the Ordering Party's headquarters. The ordering party has tanks with a capacity of 10,000 liters. Delivery of fuel oil will be made by the Contractor's transport, adapted to transport fuel oil - i.e. tanker equipped with a verified flow meter with a printer, a suction pump and a minimum length of 30 meters. The Contractor has attached a certificate to each delivery, which confirms that the fuel oil delivered meets the parameters. Delivery of heating oil will be carried out successively, in accordance with the notification demand within the deadline not exceeding the second business day after sending the request by the Ordering Party between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. PARAMETERS OF THE SUPPLIED FUEL OIL MUST BE COMPLIANT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS FOR HEATING THE BUILDING - THE SUPPLIED FUEL OIL MUST HAVE PARAMETERS NOT WORSE THAN: 1) Fuel value, min.
