Description:
The subject of the order is: successive deliveries of vegetables. I, vegetables gr. II, fruit group I, fruit gr. III in 2026 for the 41st Training Aviation Base in Dęblin. Deliveries must be made in accordance with the standards and the assortment, quantities and all requirements specified in Chapter IV of the SWZ and in accordance with the quality requirements specified in the "Minimum quality requirements" constituting the "Detailed description of the subject of the contract" for individual tasks - Annexes 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e to the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided below; In the offer form constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ; as well as in the "drafted provisions of the public procurement contract that will be introduced into the public procurement contract" (Appendices No. 5 and 7 to the SWZ) and in the "Minimum quality requirements" containing detailed descriptions of the subject of the order for individual product items, constituting: Attachment. No. 2a to SWZ - for task No. I; Regret. No. 2b to SWZ - for task No. II; No. 2c to SWZ - for task No. III; No. 2d to SWZ - for task No. IV; No. 2e to SWZ - for task No. V. Attachments No. 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e to the SWZ are an integral part of the description of the subject of the order. Each delivered subject of the order must meet the quality requirements specified in appendices: No. 2a-2e to the SWZ.
