Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the successive delivery of air filters for air conditioning and ventilation devices as well as the collection and disposal of used filters described in detail in Annex 1 to this SWZ. The Ordering Party will provide the necessary information regarding technical parameters beforeorder, such as: type, dimensions and class of the filter, type of filter housing material and number of filter pockets. The quantities indicated in the table are estimated quantities adopted for the purposes of comparing offers and selecting the most advantageous offer. Quantities may change depending on your current needs. Order nowsubject to the condition that the amount that the Ordering Party intends to spend on the execution of the order shall not exceed. The contractor with whom the Ordering Party signs a contract will not be entitled to any financial or legal claims related to the number of purchased items. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered materials be: fabrand new and have a product declaration of conformity (in Polish), which will be provided during the order execution; first grade; packed in original packaging; had a shelf life of at least 12 months, counting from the date of delivery...
