- 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of alcoholic beverages for the needs of the Coal Mining Museum in Zabrze, divided into parts: Part 1. Wines with the MGW logo.2. Types of ordered items, their estimated quantities and their minimum parameters specified have been included in the Product and Price Form - appendices no. 5 to SWZ (part 1), 5a to SWZ (part 2), 5b to SWZ (part 3).3. The offered products, as well as the method of their transport and storage, should meet the requirements specified in the applicable legal provisions regarding food production and trade.4. The Contractor undertakes to deliver and deliver the ordered alcoholic beverages to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, using his own transport and at his own expense. Orders should be delivered from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m 14:00. The quantities of ordered articles will be provided to the Contractor each time in the form of a written order via e-mail.4.1 Delivery of articles from task 1 Wines with the MGW logo, at the Guido Mine ul. 3 Maja 93, Zabrze.5.
