- 1. The subject of the order, part I, includes the successive delivery of brand new, original spare parts for the URSUS 3512.2 agricultural tractor. The contractor may submit an offer for one or all parts of the order.3. The assortment indicated in all parts of the subject of the order must be brand new, free from defects, with technical data clearly identifying the product and its technical parameters.4. The delivered parts will be in original packaging marked with the manufacturer's trademark logo and will have the manufacturer's catalog number on the packaging. They must be approved for use in accordance with 10 Regulation of the Minister of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502).5. The contractor is obliged to provide spare parts for the agricultural tractor in accordance with the assortment and price form, part I, constituting Annex No. 2a to SWZ.6. The Ordering Party guarantees the purchase of spare parts in the amount of 20% of the values indicated in Annex No. 2a to the SWZ.
