- a) The subject of the order is the successive delivery of chemicals for 2026 in the scope of: Substitutes necessary for the treatment of swimming pool water using the WAPOTECSYSTEM technology. The scope of the subject of the order concerns the supply of substances: 1. HydroSan or equivalentSubstance description silicic acid aluminate agent supporting coagulation by shifting the Zeta Potential, which causes faster hydrolysis and thus better and stronger coagulation. Planned demand: 1,900 liters in 2026.2. HydroXan - Tetrachlorodecaoxid or equivalent Substance description oxidizing agent capable of forming in chlorinated water safe chlorine dioxide and avoids salinity with chlorites and chlorates. A mixture of chlorine and chlorine dioxide is created in the water, which promotes the chlorinating effect (faster destruction of bacteria) and reduces the amount of undesirable by-products of the chlorine reaction (no chloramines and chlorine compounds with urine products). The product must have TCDO, which is the essence of Berger's patent. Planned demand: 650 liters in 2026. All the above-mentioned substitutes must have a positive opinion of the National Institute of Hygiene and the Central Sanitary Inspectorate.
