Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of cut polyacrylonitrile fiber in a basic quantity of 60,000 kg with the following parameters:

Cooking shrinkage (%) Susceptibility to chemical modification R 2. Goods must be delivered in the original factory packaging, with the protection measures used by the manufacturer. The packaging must enable full identification of the goods, e.g. quantity, type, parameters, expiration date, etc. - without having to disturb the packaging.
3. The Ordering Party does not set any requirements as to the type of packaging (returnable or non-returnable) in which the subject of the order is to be delivered, at the same time informing that in the case of returnable packaging, all costs of their use borne by the Contractor.
4. The contractor will be obliged to attach to each delivery a quality certificate/attestation or other document confirming the possession of a quality assurance system and a quality assurance system compliant with the REACH regulation.
