Description:
The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of diesel oil in the amount of approximately 144,000 liters to the headquarters of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej w Remie Sp. z o. o. located at ul. Parkowa 6 in Remie. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make quantitative changes to the subject of the order. How much assortment should be treated as an estimate. The contractor is not entitled to any claims for a reduction/increase in the quantity of the subject of the order. The actual amount of fuel delivered will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party, and the Contractor's gross remuneration will not exceed the value of the offer. The Supplier should guarantee continuity of supply and good quality of liquid fuels, in accordance with the currently applicable PN-EN 15293 standards and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015. (Journal of Laws, item 1680, as amended) on quality requirements for liquid fuels. In accordance with applicable legal regulations, technical parameters and chemical properties of the supplied diesel oil cannot be worse than those specified in the annexes to the above-mentioned Regulation.
