Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel oil for the needs of MIR-EKO Sp. z o. o. in Mircz.2. Zamwie Common Vocabulary (CPV) name(s) and code(s)09134100-8 Diesel3. The subject of the order includes the successive supply of diesel oil (ON). standard, intended for refueling vehicles, machines and mechanical devices at the Ordering Party's disposal to fuel storage tanks located at ul. Grnej 27, 22-530 Mircze and w m. asków 69, 22-530 Mircze, in the total amount estimated 130,000 liters. The amount indicated above is the maximum estimated amount adopted for the purposes of valuation and comparison of offers. The ordering party is not obliged to complete the order in full. The contractor will be paid for the actual quantity delivered raw material, resulting from the quantity of diesel oil delivered and the price presented in the offer form. The Contractor is not entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party for failure to complete the full value of the contract. Pursuant to the content of Art. 433 point 4) of the Act, the Ordering Party guarantees the purchase of diesel oil in an amount of at least 70,000 liters.4.
