- 1) The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel oil to the fuel station of Przedsiębiorstwo UsugInynieryjnoKomunalnych Spka z o.o. in Sokoów Podlaski, address: ul. Kosowska 75, 08-300 Sokow Podlaski.2) The estimated quantity demand for diesel oil is 75,000 liters per year.3) The purchase of a smaller amount of diesel oil than the estimated amount indicated in point 2 cannot be the basis for financial claims on the part of the Contractor for non-performance or improper performance of the contract, the given amount of diesel oil is estimates are used to calculate the offer price, the final amount of purchased diesel oil will depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party)4) The Ordering Party requires that deliveries take place within three business days of the Ordering Party placing the order (notification of demand). The order will be placed by telephone or in writing to the Contractor's correspondence address or e-mail. The minimum one-time order is 5,000 liters.5) The Ordering Party requires that the diesel oil meets the quality requirements specified in Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels...
