Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel oil to the Municipal Communications Plant in Krotoszyn in an amount of up to 240 m3. The ordered fuel must meet the quality parameters in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels. (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended) and current standards: PNEN 590 (for diesel oil). In the event of a change in the applicable quality standards during the term of the contract, the Contractor will adapt the fuel quality to the new standards. Diesel oil should be delivered to the bus base of the Municipal Transport Company in Krotoszyn Sp. z o. o. at ul. Kobierska 5. The plant has a diesel fuel tank. The contract will be implemented in accordance with the actual needs of the Ordering Party. The fuel will be delivered successively according to the Ordering Party's needs, but not less than 5 m3 in a single delivery (on average 2 deliveries per month). Ordering Party will measure the delivered fuel based on a verified meter installed on the road tanker, dispensing actual gross liters/m3.
