The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel oil in an estimated amount of 1,200,000 liters (in words: one million two hundred thousand liters) over a period of 12 months; it is stipulated that the estimated quantity of diesel oil is the maximum quantity covered by the order; actual quantity the ordered diesel oil will result from the current needs of the ordering party, provided that it will not be less than 60% of the maximum quantity; stipulates that reducing the order size to 60% will not result in changing any terms of the order specified in the SWZ and declared by the Contractor in the offer; the ordering party will use all the purchased oil for his own use. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary: code 09 134 100-8 - diesel oil. 3.
