Brief description of the subject of the order: CZ 1, Meat and cold cuts CPV 15100000-9; 15112000-6, 1. The detailed scope of deliveries is detailed in Annex No. 1, which is also a price offer form, 2. For each delivery of meat and cold cuts, the ordering party requires the presentation of a commercial identification documentj, (HDI) in accordance with the Act on products of animal origin of December 16, 2005 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1753, of 2022, item 1570) and Regulation EC 853/2004 of the European Parliament , and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules regardingfood of animal origin (OJ L139, of 30 April 2004) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1374 of 12 April 2021 amending Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 853 /2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council, laying down specific provisions regardingthat hygiene in relation to food of animal origin., 3. The supplier, at each request of the ordering party, is obliged to present an appropriate certificate from a competent doctor or veterinarian confirming the examination of the supplied meat., 4.
