Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of food products and confectionery aids for the needs of the Municipal Center for Social Services in Wroclaw, 2. The subject of the order is defined with the following codes: CPV 15800000-6 Various food products; 15830000-5 Sugar and prelated; 15899000-6 Baking powder; 15840000-8 Cocoa, chocolate and confectionery products., 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the Price Calculation, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ., 4. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons on the basis ofemployment relationship law., 5. The Ordering Party awards the order in parts, each of which is the subject of separate proceedings. The Ordering Party does not divide the order into parts as part of the current procedure and therefore does not allow the submission of partial offers. Division of this order would be excessivecosts of fulfilling the order. , 6. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers referred to in Art. 92 of the Public Procurement Law, 7.
