Description:
1) Part No. 1: Dairy productsa) A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the assortment and price form constituting the order. No. 2a to SWZ.b) The contractor will be obliged to provide the ordering party with food items successively according to the ordering party's needs. The order will be placed by an authorized person of the ordering party, by telephone, fax, electronic means (e-mail) or during current delivery. The order will be placed no later than 2 p.m. on the day before delivery. If the day before delivery is a public holiday, the order will be placed on the last business day before delivery (on working days include all days from Monday to Friday, except public holidays). Deliveries of the ordered quantity of goods will be made every day from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. c) A detailed description and method of order execution are specified in the draft provisions of the contract. sample contract constituting a.
