Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of food products for the Public Kindergarten in Jzefow, Oarw Mazowiecki Commune in the assortment and quantities (subject to point 4.3 of the SWZ) specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.Part A: Foodstuffs2. A detailed description of the scope of the subject of the order has been included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and point 4 of the SWZ. The quantities of supplies given in the above-mentioned attachment are the estimated demand for a maximum period of 12 months, counting from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than January 1, 2026, provided that the contract period ends on December 31, 2026 (suspension of deliveries in the month of July or August 2026, a break in the kindergarten's operation to be determined during the execution of the order)3. The scope of the subject of the order may change, i.e.: a) The given quantities of products in individual parts are estimates and may be reduced (by a maximum of 30%). They will be used for comparison purposes only offers and selecting the most advantageous offer, i.e. it does not constitute the final size of the order, and as a result, it cannot constitute a basis for filing claims for unrealized deliveries or for refusing to complete the order. supplies...
