Description:
1. The subject of the order is a succession of food products for the needs of the Local Government Kindergarten in Kobierzyce, divided into parts in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party and Appendix No. 3, which specifies the requirements for individual products. 2. As part of the execution of the order, the Ordering Party will separate 4 parts of the order: 2.1 Part No. 1: Successive delivery of food products - dairy products for the needs of the Local Government Kindergarten in Kobierzyce in accordance with the scope indicated in Annex No. 3.1. to SWZ3. Delivery terms for all parts: 3.1 Deliveries will be made in batches, in connection with the current needs of the Ordering Party. 3.2 The demand will be submitted electronically by an authorized employee, no later than the day before the planned delivery date (the order will specify the exact number of products ordered, the delivery date and the amount of remuneration in accordance with the contractor's offer.)
