- Part 1 Delivery of milk and milk products1) The subject of the order is the supply of milk and milk products for the Tczowy Dom Social Welfare Home for Children in Eku, in accordance with Annex No. 2, which constitutes an integral part of the SWZ. 2) Milk and milk products should be delivered to the food warehouse on working days: from Monday from Friday (twice a week) from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The demand for individual items (quantity, type and delivery date) will be submitted by the Ordering Party by phone on the day before delivery.3) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2a to SWZ.
