Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order includes the successive delivery of food products for the needs of Primary School No. 3 in Dbrowa Tarnowska in 2024, divided into packages: Package 1 - Meat and cold cuts, 1.1 The Contractor undertakes to deliver successively to the Ordering Party's headquarters,(in the morning hours agreed with the Ordering Party) food products presented in Annex 1.1 to the SWZ entitled assortment and price forms for parts/packages, from March 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, 1.2 The Ordering Party requires that: the food being the subject of the order meets the quality conditions specified incompliant with applicable certificates, Polish standards, food law and applicable principles of GMP/GHP, GAP and the HACCP system or Food Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 22000:2005., the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a guarantee of the health quality and durability of the supplied food until the minimum dateits durability or use-by date specified on legible labels., Agri-food products were stored and transported in a way that ensured maintaining their proper commercial quality., The delivered food was marked with visible, legible and indelible...
