Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of conference chairs.2. The description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as the description, is specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 1_1 to SWZ.3. Description: 1) specifies the minimum requirements of the Ordering Party, and the attached photos are for illustration purposes only and are used only as a visual reference, 2) if trademarks, patents or elements indicating the place of origin of the product appear anywhere in the description, they are only exemplary, and the Contractor has the option of using equivalent solutions in this case, the scope of equivalence determines requirements specified in the description.4. Successive deliveries should be understood as orders completed in parts and submitted on the terms specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Appendix No. 1_1 to SWZ.5.
