Description:
Successful delivery of vegetables, fruit and salads. The scope of the subject matter is included in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ - The offer form contains the items required by the Ordering Party along with quantities and descriptions - this appendix is also a price form that should be submitted with the offer. Additional requirements regarding the order can be found here in Annex No. 2, the Contractor is obliged to familiarize himself with them and apply them when executing the order. Failure by the Contractor to comply with the Employer's guidelines will result in contractual penalties. The contractor is obliged to bring all food items to the indicated place by the Ordering Party. It is not allowed to leave goods in front of the entrance.
