Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of various food products to Primary School No. 6 in Gdańsk. The order will be executed at the unit prices indicated in the Contractor's offer, according to orders placed successively by the Ordering Party, for the execution of the order in a given part. A detailed description of the order is included in Annex No. 1a - Assortment and price form. 2. The subject of the order was divided into 8 parts. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of submitting partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for each part of the order (i.e. submit an offer for one or more parts of the order). 3.Applies to parts 3 and 8: At the stage of contract implementation, the Ordering Party has the right to request the Contractor to confirm with a document or declaration that offers products manufactured as part of primary production in accordance with the principles of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) - applies to farmers within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of December 20, 1990. on social insurance for farmers (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 90, as amended) d.).
