Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medicinal products for the needs of the Maopolski Hospital for Pulmonary Disease and Rehabilitation. Edmund Wojtya in Jaroszowiec. 2. The order is divided into 3 parts: TASK No. 1 Antibiotics and antituberculosis drugs. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. 3. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting an offer for one or any number of individual parts/tasks. The Ordering Party does not introduce any restrictions in this respect, however, the Contractor may submit only one offer for a given part/task, offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the contract specified in the partial task will be rejected. 4. A detailed description of the subject is included in the assortment and price forms for the SWZ, constituting Annex No. 1.1 for Task No. 1, which is a detailed price offer.5. The medicinal product that is the subject of the order should be understood as medicinal products within the meaning of the Pharmaceutical Law of September 6, 2002 (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2301, as amended).
