Description:
The subject of the order is the successive supply of medicines for the District Public Care and Treatment Facility in Brzesko in the period from February 2026 to February 2028. The ordering party will order medicines listed in Annex No. 4 for the treatment and care of patients, the type of disease entities diagnosed by a doctor in patients currently staying in the Institute and the degree of advancement of the disease. The specified assortment may be expanded as needed to include other occasionally needed medications. Successive ordering of goods specifying quantity and assortment will be made by phone. or by e-mail. The medicines will be delivered three times a week within 24 hours from the date of notification of this fact to the Contractor. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the ordered goods at his own expense. The goods will be accepted at the Ordering Party's warehouse, after checking the quantity and type of the delivered batch of medicines. The Ordering Party requires the cheapest drug available on the market from the ordered group, and if such a drug is not available, the Ordering Party imposes on the Contractor the obligation to inform the Contractor by telephone or e-mail about the lack of availability of the above-mentioned drug and to present an offer which When ordering...
