Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1.1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of non-alcoholic drinks for the needs of the Coal Mining Museum in Zabrze., 1.2. The types of drinks ordered, their estimated quantities and their minimum parameters are specified in the Assortment and Price Form - startk no. 1/1 to SWZ., 1.3. The Contractor undertakes to complete partial orders within the deadline (in accordance with the offer), not exceeding 3 business days from the moment the Ordering Party submits the request electronically (e-mail). 1.4. The offered products, as well as the method of their transport and storage, should meetrequirements listed in the applicable provisions of law regarding the production and circulation of food., 1.5. The Contractor undertakes to deliver and bring the ordered non-alcoholic drinks to the registered office of the Ordering Party, i.e. Kopalnia Guido, 41-800 Zabrze ul. May 3, 1993, with your own transport and at your own expense. Orders should bedelivered from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. , 1.6.
