- The subject of the order is the successive delivery of occupational health and safety footwear.
The quantities of the subject of the order given in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ are: indicative and are used to compare and evaluate offers, subject to point 3.4. 3.6. and 3.9 SWZ.
The terms of the order execution are specified in the draft contract (Annex No. 3 to the SWZ).
The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers within the meaning of Art. 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law.
The subject of the order was divided into: 2 tasks (parts), hereinafter referred to as "Tasks":
However, the offer submitted for a given Task must cover the entire range of products provided for in the SWZ for this Task.
Item orders must comply with:
a) Detailed description of the subject of the order given in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ
b) patterns of the assortments constituting the subject orders, located in
Wojska Polskiego 119.
c) Regulation of the European Parliament i Council (EU) 2016/425 of 9 March 2016 on personal protective equipment and repealing Council Directive 89/686/EEC (OJ EU.L.2016.81.51)
