Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of polyaluminum chloride in an amount of 1,500 Mg.
2.The product must have a current certificate of the National Institute of Hygiene confirming its approval for contact with drinking water.
3. Frequency of deliveries depends on the current demand of the Ordering Party, on average approx. 120 Mg/month.
4. Delivery date: up to 5 business days from the date of placing the order by telephone or e-mail by the Ordering Party.
5. After accepting the order, the Contractor will always inform the Ordering Party about the delivery date.
6. Place of delivery: Water Treatment Plant, street Zwięczycka 36, 35-083 Rzesz
7. The Contractor attaches the so-called "Delivery certificate" containing the order number, loading date, vehicle registration number, quality assurance in accordance with the product specification (also attached) and the weight (gross, net, tare) of the vehicle and the name of the person issuing the certificate and acurrent waybill for a given delivery.
