- 4.1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of wooden pellets to schools in the Piszczac Commune in the 2025/2026 heating season. 4.2. The scope of the order includes the successive delivery of wooden granules to schools in the Piszczac commune. It is estimated that approximately 600 tons of wood pellets will be purchased. 4.3. Wood pellets should meet the minimum requirements: diameter: 6 mm to 8 mm; length: up to 40 mm; bulk density kg/m3: 1 ton -1.7 m3; popi: 0.3 - 0.7%; sulfur - dry matter: 0.03; chlorine - dry matter: 0.02%; humidity: up to 7%; calorific value: not less than 18 kJ/kg; friction - 2.5%.4.4. Places and Delivery and unloading characteristics: 4.4.1. To the Educational Facilities Complex in Piszczac, ul. Spdzielcza 15, 21-530 Piszczac, the expected single delivery will range from 5 to 12 tons. Pellets should be delivered in BIG BAG bags and unloaded into an existing container. Installation is not adapted for pressure unloading. The expected seasonal supply of wood pellets is approximately 480 tons.4.4.2.
