Description:
1) The subject of this order is the successive non-cash sale (refueling of the ordering party's vehicles and equipment): - unleaded 95 gasoline in a maximum quantity of 3,000.00 liters, - diesel oil in a maximum quantity of 28,000.00 liters, from a gas station located no more than 8 km (one way) from the base - the registered office of the ordering party in Polesie (Wieruszw commune). This distance should be measured on public roads enabling the movement of passenger cars, trucks and slow-moving vehicles.2) During the duration of the contract, the forecast amounts of fuel may change, which the ordering party has no influence on.3) fuels that are the subject of the order should meet the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024. regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended) and standards: PN-EN 228, PN-EN 590.4) The contractor must ensure the possibility refueling fuel from the Contractor's pump 7 days a week.
