Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive provision of catering services for the Ordering Party. By providing catering services, the Ordering Party understands the preparation, delivery and serving of meals in places indicated by the Ordering Party. provision of services catering services will be based on individual orders issued by the Ordering Party during the term of the contract, as part of organized meetings.2. Place of execution of the subject of the order: city of Gdask.3. The ordering party allows the execution of the item ordering in a place other than that indicated in section 2, after agreement between the Parties.4. The number (size) and type of the ordered sets depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party, therefore the value of the subject of the order indicated in the Offer Form is the size of the estimates. Orders placed by the Ordering Party during the term of the Agreement may differ numerically for individual sets from the numbers provided in the Offer Form (they may be larger, smaller or may not occur at all), however, the total value of the Agreement will not exceed the total price included in the selected Contractor's offer.5.
