Description:
1. The subject of the application is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the successive purchase of batteries for cleaning. 2. Battery at the time of delivery, the Contractor is obliged to provide declarations of compliance, approvals or admission to trade in the preservation of Polish Standards transferring European standardsor standards of other members of the European Economic Area transmitting these standards. Battery cannot be older than 9 months at the time of delivery. Guaranteed period of work of the delivered batteries, it should provide their work of work for a minimum period of 24 months from the date of issuing the invoiceby the contractor. A written warranty is required for the assortment provided. External packaging of delivered batteries must have information that allows them to be identified (product, type, technical parameters). The contractor is obliged to receive freely, with your own transport, consumedBattery from the ordering in the quantities not provided than provided under the contract, but this applies to the basic delivery, as is also the delivery under the right of options.
