Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive purchase of fuel, i.e. unleashed gasoline and diesel oil [hereinafter "fuel"] in a non -cash sales system, with the help of fuel cards, for vehicles/ machinery/ construction equipment used by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party,in the period indicated in § 5 of the draft contract. The scope of the subject of the contract and the estimated demand during the duration of the contract were specified in Annex 1 to the draft contract, ie "List of demand".
2. Successive supply of fuel for vehicles will consist of:
1) fuel refueling directlyfor the ordering tanks of the contracting authority at any Contractor's gas station, using fuel cards issued to the registration number of each of the vehicles used (indicated by the Ordering Party in Annex 1 to the contract),
2) refueling fuel to canisters at any of the Contractor Fuel Station,using fuel cards issued for bearer, i.e. responsible persons (indicated by the Employer after the conclusion of the contract in Annex 1 to the Agreement) in the case of machinery and construction equipment of the Ordering Party.
The Contractor should have a network of gas stations throughout the country and at leastone fuel station located in the city of Wałbrzych, open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, enabling the ordering of fuel by the Employer in accordance with the current demand.
