Description:
The subject of the order is "Successive deliveries of contrast agents for the needs of the Hospital Pharmacy of the WSZZ in Kielce". A detailed description of the subject of the order and the quantities are specified in attachments No. 2 SWZ - assortment and price form. Information on the principles of delivery, warranty orand from the remuneration is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the public procurement contract.
