- 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel oil meeting the PN-EN 590 standard in grades B, D, F (oils for the summer, transitional and winter periods) to storage tanks with a capacity of 5,000 liters and a capacity of 950 liters, for the needs of vehicles and machines owned by the Roads Authority. District and organizational units of the Lidzbark County, in an estimated amount of 78,000 liters. 2. If the amount of fuel indicated in point 3.1 is not used during the term of the contract, the Ordering Party has the right to resign from further purchases of fuel without any financial and compensation to the Contractor.3. The quality of the delivered diesel oil must meet the requirements contained in the legal regulations in force on the date of delivery, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018).4. Diesel oil will be delivered by the Contractor to the storage tank in tankers that must have a valid permit for the transport of liquid fuels in accordance with applicable regulations on the date of delivery.
