Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the successive delivery of diesel oil in the amount of 250 m3 with the place of delivery: Długoszyn 80, 69-200 Sulęcin.
2.The monthly supply will be from 15,000 to 35,000 liters.
3.One time delivery will be 4,000 - 5,000 liters.
4. In accordance with the applicable PN-EN 590 standard in the winter period (from November 16 to the end of February) the fuel should have a filter blockage temperature of a maximum of minus 20C, in the transitional period (from March 1 to April 15 and from October 1 to November 15) it should have a filter blockage temperature of a maximum of minus 10C, and in the summer period (from March 16 to April to September 30) have a filter lock temperature of maximum 0C.
5. The Contractor guarantees the high quality of the diesel fuel sold, meeting the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) on the requirements quality for liquid fuels.
6. A quality certificate of the delivered batch of fuel should be provided with each delivery.
7. The Ordering Party specified estimated quantity of the item covered by the public procurement procedure. This quantity may change +/- 20% in relation to the quantity indicated in point 1, depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party.
8. The Contractor will not have the right to pursue claims against the Ordering Party for ordering diesel oil in quantities smaller than those specified in point 1.
9. The deadline for completing a partial order is 1 day working.
