Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of liquefied gas propane butane LPG to the gas station located at the PKS Branch in Janów Lubelski at ul. Bohaterów Porytowe Wzgrze 25D.2. Minimum size of planned orders: 300,000 liters Maximum size planned orders: 470,000 liters3. The difference between the maximum and minimum planned order quantities is an option. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right (in whole or in part) if it is in its interest. The ordering party will conclude with Contractor for the entire order. The minimum order is an order certain to be fulfilled by the Contractor. Activating the option, i.e. a full order, is a unilateral right of the Ordering Party, which the Ordering Party may, but is not obliged to use, under execution of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party will inform the Contractor in writing about the need to activate the option right during the execution of the order. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party for the Ordering Party's failure to exercise the option right.4.
