- The subject of these proceedings is the non-cash delivery of liquid fuels to commercial vehicles used by the Ordering Party and to canisters, carried out at gas stations covered by the Contractor's concession throughout the country. The Contractor will guarantee the Ordering Party the opportunity to purchase fuel, at least two gas stations located in the City of d and at least four gas stations located in each voivodeship in the country, open 24 hours a day. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the contract template, Annex No. 6 to SWZ.
