Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of collection, transport and collection and/or management of waste with code 19 12 12 from ZUOK in Hryniewicza classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of January 2, 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020 r. item 10) as a waste waste
19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 - caloric fraction produced in the process of mechanical processing of selectively collected municipal waste packaging waste on municipal waste Sizes above 80 mm in a total amount of 28,400 mg. In the process of mechanical waste processing, a caloric fraction with a size above 80 mm is created. The above fraction will be classified as a waste with code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical waste treatment other than mentioned in 19 12 11.
The rules for using the options are described by the contract template volume II SWZ.
3. The Contractor is obliged to develop all of the collected waste in one of the Recovery processes R1 - R12 in accordance with Annex 1 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). Other provisions in chapter 6 IDW (Tom and SWZ).
