- 3warehouse, in order to subject them to processing in the R3 recovery process, in accordance with the determination of the markings of these processes in Annex 1 to the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended) and Annex IA to the Regulation of the European Parliament and the European Union of the European UnionNo. 1013/2006, as amended The Employer reserves that the amount of waste transferred during the entire period of the contract may be less than the amount specified in the description of the subject of the contract.
2. The contractor will be responsible for achieving a recycling level of 80.00%, preparation for re -use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of municipal waste biodegraded to storage, indicated in the regulation of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of August 3, 2021. on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re -use and recyclingmunicipal waste (Journal of Laws, item 1530) and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 15, 2017. on the levels of limiting the storage of the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation (Journal of Laws item 2412).
