Description:
The subject of the order is the successive, non-cash purchase of liquid fuels for PROWOD Sp. z o. o. in the years 2026-2027. Throughout the entire order execution period, the Ordering Party anticipates demand for diesel oil in a total amount of 150,000 liters and unleaded petrol Pb 95 in a total amount of 10,000 liters. Indicated above by The amount of fuel provided by the Ordering Party is only an estimate which may be subject to changes (both increases and decreases). The Contractor will issue an appropriate number of cashless cards for vehicles designated by the Ordering Party, authorizing drivers driving the vehicles to refuel at the Contractor's stations and an appropriate number of bearer fuel cards authorizing the right to refuel canisters. The number of cards is specified in the SWZ. If it is necessary to order additional fuel cards during the term of the contract, the Contractor is obliged, at the request of the Ordering Party, to obtain such cards and deliver them free of charge by 14 days from receipt of the notification.
