- 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of liquid fuels, as needed, meeting the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015. regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 727) for the Ordering Party's vehicles and devices in estimated quantities presented below: - lead-free ethylene 95 2,600 liters - diesel oil 39,000 liters The delivery will be carried out in the form of successive purchase of fuel from a network of fuel stations throughout the country operated by the Contractor, as a result of refueling directly into the vehicle tanks, as well as for portable tanks (canisters). The Contractor provides the Ordering Party with the possibility of refueling 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at stations located no further than 5 kilometers from the Ordering Party's headquarters (Poviat Office in Ostrzeszow and the Grabw Wjtostwo road circuit).2. Refueling fees The Ordering Party's payments will be made cashless, using electronic cards issued by the Contractor, enabling monitoring of tanks and settlement of their costs.
