- 1.Conclusion of a framework agreement covering the successive collection and management of waste
with code 19 12 10 with the following parameters:
a) ground fraction, fragmentation up to 30 mm,
b) calorific value up to 18,000 kJ/kg
c) chlorine content up to 0.7%,
d) humidity above 20%.
e) fuel mass 10,000 Mg.
2.Estimated quantity waste with code 19 12 10, which will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract, will not exceed 10,000 Mg, but will not be lower than 6,000 Mg.
3. The actual amount of waste transferred for management according to the Ordering Party's needs.
4. The contractor may not pursue any claims due to reducing the amount of waste collected.
5. The method of waste management with code 19 12 10 must comply with the applicable regulations. rights and recovery and/or disposal processes specified
about waste (Dz. Laws of 2021, item 779,
as amended).
