- A. The subject of the sketch is the successive reflection and management of hazardous waste from PSZOK-W and installation Master Waste and Energia sp.z o.o.1. The method of waste development must be in line with the legal regulations in this respect and recovery or disposal processes. 2. The amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the period of applying will not exceed the sum of the waste of waste shown in Zakczel No. 1 to this contract. 3. Hazardous waste will take place from PSZOK-W (indicated in SWZ) and Master Waste and Energia sp.z o.o. on days from Monday to Pitt from 6.00 to 21.00, by the contractor's transport and at its expense. 4. Refleration of waste from PSZOK-W and master Waste and Energia sp.z o.o. It will take place according to the schedule determined by the ordering and the contractor. The contractor is obliged to collect the waste on the time limits by Ordering, within 2 business days of the transfer of the contractor of this poll.
