Description:
1. Conclusion of a framework agreement covering the successive collection and management of waste
with code 19 12 12 with the following parameters:
a) fraction above 340 mm,
b) calorific value up to 14,000 kJ / kg
c) waste weight 2,000 Mg.
1. Estimated amount of waste with code 19 12 12 that will be transferred to the Contractor in during the term of the agreement will not exceed 2,000 Mg, but will not be lower than 1,500 Mg.
2. The actual amount of waste transferred for management according to the Ordering Party's needs.
3. The contractor cannot make any claims for a reduction in the amount of waste collected.
4. Method of development waste with code 19 12 12 must comply with applicable legal provisions and the recovery and/or disposal processes specified
on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779,
as amended).
5.Waste will be prepared by The Ordering Party can collect it loose or baled after prior arrangement with the Contractor.
6. The waste will be managed at the Contractor's installation, for which the Contractor has a decision authorizing waste processing activities in the area in question
with code 19 12 12 (this decision will constitute an annex to the contract) or with which the Contractor has a signed waste management contract with such a code.
