Description:
The subject of the order is the successive collection and management of stabilized municipal sewage sludge with code 19 08 05 from the sewage treatment plant in Otwock,
Jozefa Ignacy Kraszewskiego 1, 05-402 Otwock. The contractor will be obliged
for the management of sewage sludge, by which he means loading onto own vehicles directly from the conveyor, transport to recovery or processing sites and recovery or processing in compliance with the requirements set out in the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended)
1. Settlements sewage covered by the subject of the order comes from the biological sewage treatment process at the Otwock sewage treatment plant. Settlements
these are stabilized in the methane fermentation process and then mechanically dehydrated.
1.1. Waste code (stabilized municipal sewage sludge) - 19 08 05,
1.2. Quantity sewage sludge for successive disposal 25-30 Mg/d
(approx. 7500 Mg/year),
1.3. Dry matter content in the sludge - 20 - 25%,
1.4. Method of management: recovery using the R3 method
1.5. Sewage sludge generated at the sewage treatment plant in Otwock
