Description:
4.1. The subject of the order is the successive collection, transport and management of waste received from the Ordering Party by the Contractor with code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, originating from the installation waste processing in Gliwice at ul. Rybnicka 199B.
4.2. Waste processing is classified as an R12 recovery process.
4.3. The estimated amount of waste during the contract implementation period will be:
up to 1300 Mg. This quantity was determined for the purpose of estimating the value of the order. The orderer reserves the right to reduce the quantity. The minimum guaranteed amount of waste is 700 Mg. The actual amount of waste to be collected will depend on the current needs of the Ordering Party. Reducing the amount of waste in this respect will not give rise to any claims on the part of the party the Contractor in relation to the Ordering Party, in particular for payment of remuneration for the unfulfilled part of the contract and for payment of compensation in connection with the reduction of the estimated quantity. In this situation, an annex is not required.
4.4.Whenever the Ordering Party uses waste codes, this should be understood as the codes included in the regulation of the Minister of Climate of January 2, 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10).
