Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive collection, transport and management in accordance with applicable regulations of waste with code 19 12 12 - resulting from the shredding of large-size waste delivered to the ZPOK premises with code 20 03 07 in an amount of max. 1,400 Mg;
2. The Ordering Party guarantees implementation subject of the contract at the level:
a) 80% of the maximum quantity indicated in point 1.
b) the minimum single waste collection will not be less than 10 tons.
3. Waste collection will be carried out by means of transport organized by the Contractor and at his expense, including the costs of transport and insurance on time. transport and unloading. Loading of waste onto the Contractor's vehicles/platforms provided by the Ordering Party.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
5. The conditions and details of the implementation of the subject of the order are described in Annex No. 4 SWZ - designed provisions of the contract.
6. The Contractor undertakes to:
- provide the service with due diligence
- ensuring safe road traffic conditions (vehicular and pedestrian),
- performance of the ordered service in accordance with technical knowledge and applicable regulations.
7. The subject of the order must be completed in accordance with applicable law.
