Description:
1. The scope of the order includes successive deliveries of various articles and eggs to selected units operated by the Lublin Educational Economic and Administrative Center. 2. Additional information: 2.1. The Lublin Economic and Administrative Center for Education is responsible for carrying out the procedure for public procurement, and contracts are concluded with units operated in accordance with the division into parts. 2.2. The proceedings will be conducted on the website: https://ezamowienia.gov.pl/mp-client/search/list/ocds-148610-2e9331f2-2bc8-401e-938e-012ff5e8db6e 2.3. The ordering party will exclude the contractor from the procedure subject to exclusion pursuant to Art. 108 of the Public Procurement Law and subject to exclusion pursuant to Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for the protection of national security (Journal of Laws of 2024 r., item 507) and pursuant to Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, p. 1), as amended by Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 amending Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 111 of 8/04/2022, p. 1). 2.4. in accordance with point 16 of the SWZ, the bidder must submit a deposit before the deadline composition...
